Chris teaches flow and release, flow and heated flow classes at Shanti Yoga. Chris is a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and yoga instructor. She received her master’s degree in Exercise Science at St. Cloud State University.

Fitness isn’t about the scale, but living with less pain, being self-confident, and engaging in activities you once were afraid of! I encourage students to move at their own pace and work slowly toward more challenging yoga poses. My goal is to create a fun environment while challenging you to greatness."
