Kristin is an E-RYT 500 hour yoga teacher, and she has additional certifications in restorative yoga, chair yoga, iRest yoga nidra meditation, Ayurveda, and breathwork. Kristin enjoys teaching yoga to help people find tools they can use to be more present and feel more connected to themselves and others, and her favorite practice to help people uncover this is RESTING! Learning how to just simply BE and let go of doing. You can expect a longer than average savasana, breathwork woven throughout the practice, and meditation Kristin's classes.
